Private classes are intense, one on one sessions that are individually tailored to the needs and desires of the student. Classes can be single session, but are normally a series of sessions, allowing practice of the techniques and philosophies discussed, and quick feedback and reinforcement of the ideas and theories you have learned.

Classes are available for all skill levels and age groups.
